
Vanessa Hanschke
Vanessa Hanschke is a PhD candidate studying responsible AI under the advisory of Dr. Paul Marshall, Prof. Kenton O'Hara and Dr. Edwin Simpson. Her research investigates how developers can be encouraged to reflect on the ethical aspects of their data and AI practise. She is part of the Interactive AI CDT.
Her research interests include: * Ethical literacy for data and AI practitioners * Data and AI ethics, responsible AI, explainable AI * AI literacy for non-experts * Speculative design and storytelling methods
