Oliver Child
My work is associated with BIG::Tech.
Oliver is a PhD candidate under Mike Fraser and Bruce Drinkwater. His research focuses primarily on novel personal fabrication techniques. He's interested in facilitating local manufacturing of electronics using unconventional digital fabrication tools. Oliver completed his Bachelors in Computer Science at the University of Bristol In 2020 then dipped into work in the semiconductor industry, before returning to the University to start his PhD in 2022
